Required Supported Learning Program Documentation

Students applying for enrollment in the Supported Learning Program must submit this application, disability documentation, and two letters of recommendation. One recommendation letter must be from a teacher, and one must be from a counselor, administrator, or service provider who has the best understanding of your abilities and needs.

These documents can be submitted to: Derek L. Fincham, Supported Learning Program, Davis & Elkins College, 100 Campus Drive, Elkins, WV 26241.

Required Supported Learning Program Campus Visit

A physical or virtual campus visit, including a personal meeting with a Naylor Learning Center staff member, is required before full Supported Learning Program admission. This can be arranged by calling our Office of Admission at 304-637-1230 or 1-800-624-3157.

Submission

Please Note: The application for the Supported Learning Program (SLP) is separate from your application to Davis & Elkins College. Also please note that no decision about acceptance to the SLP can be made until the College application process is complete.
